Roy Foss Woodbridge is seeking a Car Porter/Greeter to join our dynamic team in our Service drive thru area.

About the Greeter role:

• Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
• Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to their respective service advisor
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
• Answer all incoming phone calls
• Other administrative duties as needed. 

What you bring to the role:

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule on weekends and during the week
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
• Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Previous dealership reception experience
• Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
• Valid G driver’s licence with a clean abstract
