What You'll Do

Develop and implement a research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision for user experience. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Design and conduct usability studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our products, identify pain points, and suggest improvements. Map out user journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience. Analyze and synthesize research data, turning it into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development process. Develop the information architecture and task flows for new features or applications based on research findings. Stay current with industry trends and competitors' offerings to inform design decisions and make recommendations for differentiation. Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design and ensure our products are usable by a diverse audience.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of conducting impactful research studies. Proficiency in various research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data. Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting research findings clearly and compellingly. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding and empathy for users, passionate about creating exceptional user experiences. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to ensuring accessible design. A strong desire to stay updated with industry trends and a willingness to experiment with new research techniques and tools. Experience with enterprise software, complex systems, or service design.
