Infrastructure Analyst III

Required Education and Experience: Associate of Science in Computer related field or 5 years related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience: Project Management Fundamentals – minimum two year project life cycle implementations preferred. 3 Years Citrix Administration including image management and infrastructure processes. 2 Years Supporting an EMR, Epic preferably. 5 Years Active Directory or other user security management software. Healthcare Environment and Associated Security Practices. Windows Network Environment Administration and security protocols. Anti-Virus, Firewalls and other Network security protocols.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

VMWare or other virtual server software knowledge. Mirroring, log shipping or server replication knowledge. Network switch configuration knowledge. Implementation life cycle including post go-live fallback planning.

Candidate must have excellent oral, written and professional communication skills. Attention to detail while multitasking in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of common practices and procedures within the information technology field. Candidate must also work with limited supervision as an individual and within the MIS group. Candidate must have experience in implementing software/hardware upgrades/modifications, projecting planning and support. Candidate must have knowledge of network infrastructure including cabling, switching, bandwidth, security, firewall, encryption and wireless network connectivity principals. Candidate must support and educate tiers I and II support as required. Candidate must be a leader and explain/share knowledge to ensure the Clinic’s success. Candidate must stay educated with products/services utilized by the Clinic as assigned by leadership.
