Job Requirements

What you will bring:

Undergraduate degree or applied technical diploma in environmental science, hydrology, physical geography, earth science, chemistry, water resources, or equivalent areas of practice. 5+ years of post-graduation experience in contaminated sites. Ability to work well under pressure, track progress on multiple tasks, manage logistics, and meet budgets and deadlines. Committed team player. Knowledge of the contaminated sites regulatory environment in BC, including the Environmental Management Act and the Contaminated Sites Regulation, and experience with sampling protocols. Registered or eligible for registration with a preferred relevant professional body (e.g., EGBC, BCIA, APBBC) or equivalent Federal certification body. Excellent written and spoken communication, with proficiency in word processing, data analysis and data presentation. Willingness to travel and work remotely, sometimes for extended periods. Valid driver’s licence required.
