We are looking for an Analytical Developer to join our growing team

As an analytical developer in the DataOps team, which is part of the Lab, you will work closely with the product and design squads of our various brands. Thanks to your expertise, curiosity and proactivity, you will contribute to the achievement of the Lab’s objectives by providing technical support on a variety of projects, including A/B testing implementation, front-end and cloud-based (AEP) analytical implementation, digital survey tools, as well as proposing avenues for continuous improvement on the tools supported by the team. 

 What you’ll do:

Create analytical implementation guides for product teams for development purposes.  Implement tagging solutions for web and mobile apps.  Be creative and come up with ideas to improve our tools. Perform analyses of system and programming needs to identify the problems encountered and propose solutions.  Resolve incidents, problem tickets and defects by finding creative solutions to complex problems, and by coding, testing and debugging.  Implement A/B testing based on the logic in place in Adobe Target.  Implement digital web and mobile app surveys using analytics as a trigger.  Provide production deployment support to ensure functionality.  Document processes and solutions and draft permanent documentation for more complex integrated solutions. 

What you bring:  

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any combination of equivalent education and experience. 3-5 years of experience in analytical development. A passion for digital and analytics. In-depth knowledge of the process to implement digital data collection (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc.). Knowledge of how to implement digital surveys via tools such as Qualtrics. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite, an asset. Experience in implementing A/B testing, an asset. Initiative and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team and independently. An eye for detail. Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts.  Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country. No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
