SAP XM Solution Architect Core HR Time

Our Montreal based client is seeking an SAP HXM Solution Architect specializing in Core HR and Time Management to join the team on a 3 month project with possibility for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting on-site presence will be required for 3 days a week. 

  • The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of the new Core HR and Time solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core HR and Time modules based on client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core HR and Time modules to meet business requirements, including setup of employee data, time tracking, absence management, and scheduling. Customize functionalities as needed to address specific business needs.
  • Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core HR and Time modules and other systems, including integration with UKG/Kronos if applicable. Ensure seamless data flow and functionality across the integrated landscape.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions. Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
  • Provide training to end-users and support personnel on SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core HR and Time functionalities and processes. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • French-speaking proficiency is an asset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core HR and Time modules, preferably in Greenfield implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Core HR and Time management processes, including time tracking, absence management, and scheduling.
  • Experience with integration technologies and methodologies, including experience with UKG/Kronos integration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite configuration, including employee data management, workflows, and time-related configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Project management experience is a plus, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors certifications) is preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
