As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions to enhance how we digitally connect with our constituent community. Working closely with the business, you will create personal interactions which enrich the experience for all our subscribers. 

What success looks like?

Optimize the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform: Leverage your technical expertise to scale digital solutions, enhance email marketing campaigns, and streamline data integration. 

Lead requirements gathering and solution design: Translate business needs into effective SFMC solutions. 

Deliver solutions in Email Studio: Design and execute email templates, journeys, and personalized communications. 

Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connections: Handle data flow and support integration with other systems. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with business teams to ensure the platform is fully utilized to achieve optimal business outcomes. 

As our ideal candidate you will have:

Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including, but not limited to journey development and system automation. 

Hands on experience in digital marketing 

Strong programming skills, including proven adherence to standards and security requirements. 

Experience with Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud critical with Nonprofit Success Pack exposure a nice to have 

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges. 

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
