Très peu de temps sera dédié aux tâches qui ne sont pas liées à la gestion, telle que le travail aux caisses, le montage de POG et le réapprovisionnement des étagères.

Activités principales

Diriger et gérer tous les aspects du magasin, ce qui comprend le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus Respecter le plan des ventes et des profits et les autres IRC en lien avec nos objectifs de rendement annuels, gérer l’équipe du magasin pour atteindre les IRC liés à leur rôle Diriger la mise en pratique de nos promesses de marque envers nos clients. Mettre en œuvre et diriger les programmes de prévention des pertes et de la sécurité pour atteindre les objectifs Utiliser les outils de l’entreprise pour déterminer, prioriser et communiquer les objectifs, et gérer de façon générale les membres d’équipe et les clients. Doter le magasin de membres d’équipe qualifiés : Embaucher, former, observer et encadrer l’équipe pour obtenir des résultats, diriger le processus de gestion du rendement et, au besoin, le processus disciplinaire, dénicher des candidats talentueux et développer les membres d’équipe afin qu’ils puissent être promus, mettre en pratique les compétences de dirigeant pour assurer le développement personnel continu. Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres. Agit en tant que gérant en service (GES) Maintient la compréhension de l’exploitation de tous les rayons du magasin, est multidisciplinaire et s’assure que tous les gérants reçoivent la formation multidisciplinaire pour la vente et la production dans l’encadrement sur mesure.

Environnement de travail

Environnement de magasin de vente au détail à prendre soin des clients; toutes les aires publiques sont climatisées; quelques entrepôts peuvent ne pas être climatisés; il se peut que du travail à l’extérieur vous soit assigné (recueillir les paniers de magasinage ou pendant le déchargement des camions), l’atelier d’encadrement comporte une machine de coupe du verre et une presse à chaud, les heures de travail comprennent les soirs, les fins de semaine et tôt le matin.
