Purpose of the position

We are looking for a Building Manager for the North Shore of Montreal under the supervision of the Regional Multi-Residential Director, the general manager must plan, organize, direct and control the activities of a Multi-residential complex. The General Manager must humanize the service both to tenants and to the employees under his supervision. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Participates in the preparation of annual budgets and in the maintenance of buildings and ensures efficient cost management Analyze the needs of the complex and the clientele in order to respond to them Inspect buildings and coordinate maintenance according to established standards Supervise the contractors carrying out work in the building Purchase products and materials according to the budget Ensure the marketing of the building and rental in order to have buildings rented at full capacity Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency Ensure the flow of information throughout the complex Ensures compliance with standards and quality standards Rent units Collect rent Complete the various reports requested

Focused on customer service satisfaction Significant communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Be able to ensure good priority management Analysis, problem solving and decision making skills Good ability to adapt and tolerate stress

Required qualifications :

Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written) Knowledge of real estate management Mastery of the laws of Quebec governing rental properties Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset) Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
