 Compensation & Hours: 
  • The rate of pay will be $25-$30/hr, based on proven knowledge and experience
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and occasionally being available for on call after hours
 Position Summary: 
  • Customer Service: 
    • Greeting various types of customers, fulfill orders and perform transactions through a POS system
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met 
    • Answering phones, sending emails, and sending faxes promptly
    • Provide customers with accurate information, and explaining complex technical details about the product
    • Provide customers with detailed product availability, pricing, and delivery times
    • Recommend upgrades or alternative parts/products when necessary
 
  • Parts Identification
    1. Utilize your expertise to identify and recommend the right parts for various industrial equipment and machinery
    2. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using onsite inventory and order management systems
    3. Help manage inventory levels and stock to ensure availability of critical parts
  • Knowledge and training
    1. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers
    2. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Other Duties:
    1. After hours on call, will be paid per call out and may require to drive out to different sites 
    2. Delivery of parts to various clients in and around Lethbridge
    3. Maintain a clean and organized work station
    4. Collaborate with other team members to problem solve and better serve customers
 Required Qualifications: 
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Clean class 5 driver’s license with a vehicle – no exceptions will be made; this role involves driving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical details
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking to find solutions when standard parts are not available
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and parts
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely
