Adecco est à la recherche d'un concierge permanent, temps plein et résident pour un immeuble situé à Saint-Lambert, sur la rive sur de Montréal.

Ce poste implique la réalisation de plâtrage et peinture dans les appartements vacants, des réparations diverses, la gestion de la plomberie et de l'électricité, le nettoyage des aires communes, et la gestion des vidanges.

Nous recherchons une personne attentive et sérieuse, avec une expérience de concierge afin de devenir un élément clé dans le développement et l'entretien d'un immeuble résidentiel.

Exigences :
  • Être autorisé à travailler et à résider au Canada.
  • Expérience comme concierge
  • Bilingue (Français/Anglais)
  • Disponible en cas d'urgence et sur appel
  • Compétences en plomberie, peinture, électricité et charpenterie
  • Disponibilité temps plein
  • Autonomie
  • Rigueur et souci de la propreté
  • Sens de l'organisation
  • Polyvalence
  • Bonne communication
