- Perform detailed repairs on a variety of products, ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards.
- Diagnose issues accurately and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble items.
- Inspect completed repairs for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Document all repairs, including parts used and time spent, for accurate record-keeping.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and explain any necessary repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in repair work preferred.
- Proven experience as a hand repair technician or in a similar role.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain repair processes to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
