En tant qu'analyste financier, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'interprétation et l'application des politiques financières, l'évaluation des besoins de l'entreprise et la fourniture d'informations financières pertinentes.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

1. Politique financière et conformité :

Interpréter et appliquer les politiques financières, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient conformes à nos stratégies à long terme. Contrôler la mise en œuvre des politiques afin d'obtenir des résultats optimaux et de se conformer aux normes mondiales. Contribuer à l'élaboration des politiques de conformité et contrôler leur mise en œuvre. Veiller à l'alignement sur le cadre de conformité existant.

2. Besoins de l'entreprise et optimisation des processus :

Développer et utiliser des cadres pour évaluer les besoins à court et à long terme de l'entreprise. Intégrer et interpréter les données commerciales et financières pour créer des solutions financières innovantes. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour renforcer l'efficacité et l'efficience des processus. Gérer des projets et y participer, en produisant des résultats dans le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité fixés.

3. Gestion financière et conseil :

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de gestion financière et des processus de contrôle. Veiller à ce que les informations financières soient exactes, pertinentes et opportunes. Assurer la liaison avec les gestionnaires, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien sur les questions financières. Formuler et présenter des solutions pour des questions financières non standard. Se tenir au courant des développements financiers dans son domaine d'expertise. Assurer le développement, le transfert et la conservation des connaissances de pointe dans votre domaine.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

Baccalauréat en finance ou dans un domaine connexe. 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente.

Connaissances et compétences :

Connaissance spécialisée des méthodes, techniques et processus financiers. Compréhension de base des concepts financiers théoriques. Capacité à exécuter des activités axées sur un domaine financier bien défini. Capacité à identifier et à signaler les lacunes dans les politiques, procédures et systèmes actuels.

Concentration et amélioration :

Exécuter des activités en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue. Repérer les processus inefficaces et se conformer aux processus formulés. Recueillir et présenter les informations financières dans les formats appropriés.

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in interpreting and applying financial policies, assessing business needs, and delivering insightful financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Financial Policy and Compliance:

Interpret and apply finance policies, ensuring they align with our long-term strategies. Monitor policy implementation to achieve optimal results and compliance with global standards. Contribute to developing compliance policies and monitor their implementation. Ensure alignment with the existing compliance framework.

2. Business Needs and Process Optimization:

Develop and use frameworks to assess short and long-term business needs. Integrate and interpret business and financial data to create innovative finance solutions. Identify and implement improvements to enhance process effectiveness and efficiency. Manage and participate in projects, delivering outcomes within targeted timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

3. Financial Management and Advisory:

Develop and deliver financial management plans and control processes. Ensure financial information is accurate, insightful, and timely. Act as a liaison with managers, providing advice and support on finance-related matters. Formulate and present solutions for non-standard finance questions. Stay updated on finance developments within your expertise. Ensure the development, transfer, and retention of state-of-the-art knowledge in your area.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Specialist knowledge of finance methods, techniques, and processes. Basic understanding of theoretical finance concepts. Ability to execute activities focused on a well-defined finance area. Ability to identify and signal shortcomings in current policies, procedures, and systems.

Focus and Improvement:

Execute activities with a focus on continuous improvement. Flag ineffective processes and comply with formulated processes. Collect and present financial information in proper formats.
