Here's how you'll stand out:  

As an Application Support Systems Analyst , you will be working closely with the L2 onshore/offshore development teams, providing design and system analysis support for development projects to include application development, system and data migrations, and functionality & feature additions. You will investigate Salesforce tickets, provide on-call support in Major Incident Management, and leverage your strong communication skills to create documentation to streamline workflows and guide our end-users in achieving their objectives.

What you will do as a Application Support Systems Analyst:

Provide development team with design and analysis support for various development projects involving application development, system and data migrations, and functionality additions Conduct code & design reviews, identifying bugs, and increasing code quality Assess business requirements to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts Work with onshore & offshore development team for project implementations Ensure compliance with design and corporate development standards Work with programmers, developers, and software architects on technical issues Develop and review test protocols to support QA & User Acceptance testing Identify issues and risks throughout the project life cycle and implement risk mitigation strategies Identify creative & scalable technology solutions for issues encountered by the development teams Participate & contribute to multiple cross functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders Assist application roadmap development and help implement technology best practices Provide technical support for business applications including on-call responsibility after hours Analyze code, understand, and document the logic for existing Integration Jobs processes Define requirements for new projects, based on the existing jobs logic and on the updated business needs

Who you are as the successful candidate:

Post-secondary education in a computer science related field or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience working with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes & data manipulation 3-5 years development experience using SQL Server , VB scripting, and PowerShell scripting with the ability to read, understand, and document existing code Ability to build stored procedures, triggers and SQL jobs and work with Web Services Ability to modify, build, execute and export results of custom queries as per the business needs Hands-on experience working in a Salesforce support, configuration, or administration role is considered a strong asset Ability to work in weekly, rotational periods of on-call support is required Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders in a project capacity, understanding the impact to customer and business support
