Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Software Developer (m/w/d) entwickelst du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Lösungen für die Digitale Transformation. Dein Einsatz geht dabei von der Entwicklung von Anwendungen unter Nutzung bestehender Schnittstellen und Basis-Technologien bis hin zur Konzeption, Erweiterung und Neuerstellung von Frameworks. Dieses unter Anwendung aktueller Architekturprinzipien wie z.B. Microservices und Einsatz von modernen Tools und Technologien.
Weitere Tätigkeiten sind:

• Zusammen mit dem Team, analysieren von Anforderungen unserer Kunden
• Unterstützen bei der Projektplanung und Aufwandsschätzung
• Konzipieren und entwickeln moderner Java-Anwendungen für geschäftskritische Systeme auf Basis bestehender Frameworks (u.a. Spring)
• Umstellung bestehender Anwendungen auf Cloud Infrastrukturen („Cloud Ready“)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaft oder Technik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung. Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an der Präsentation deiner Arbeitsergebnisse und Freude an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen Dich aus.

• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung mit Java EE, REST-basierter Anwendungen sowie aktueller Web-Technologien (z. B. UML / Design Patterns)
• Du hast mit Tools und Methoden des Software-Engineering, der agilen Softwareentwicklung sowie von Continous Integration und Deployment Erfahrung gesammelt
• Du schätzt die Arbeit in agilen Projekten und kennst Projektmethoden wie SCRUM oder Kanban
• Deine guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse wendest Du in verschiedensten Situationen perfekt an

Außer dem fachlichen Know-how zeichnet Dich soziale Kompetenz aus. Du bist fähig, aktiv zuzuhören und Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren.
