As an advisory analyst, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading moderately to highly complex computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose complex issues; provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules; recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs; and propose implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects, initiatives and activities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields. You serve as a resource person for your unit, clients and partners. Morespecifically, youwillberequired to :
Help clients define their needs. Identify, input, analyze and interpret data and functional requirements to inform decision-making on IT solutions and the best practices developement
Analyze risks, write moderately complex reports and test cases and propose solutions. Prepare recommendations and provide advice on how to implement them
Prepare and recommend action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience dans la configuration et la maintenance d’un système RH-Paie - SIRH

Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or worktools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speakingpartners, members and/or clients
