Responsibilities : Project Delivery for Planning Studies, as well as preliminary and detailed design for municipal linear water and wastewater servicing projects. Preliminary and detailed design of Site Works in support of our Water Team’s development of Water and Wastewater Facilities. Managing, planning, organizing work with technical groups in the delivery of project deliverable requirements including scope, fee, schedule, quality, health and safety, risk management, and change management plans. Provide assistance to our Field Services team to provide guidance and direction through the construction phases. Developing, mentoring, and empowering the project team, including junior engineers and technical support staff. Tracking, controlling, and reporting on project performance. Timely invoicing and cash collection. Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients. Providing support to business development and strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals.

Working with other members of our team, you will champion the delivery of high quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations and delivering planned profits. You will also be a strong safety proponent /leader for our safety policies and our culture of caring.
