JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the marketing project manager, the marketing assistant assists the marketing department by carrying out the administrative follow-up necessary for the well functioning of the department. The chosen person will enjoy teamwork and will demonstrate resourcefulness, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm. As a Marketing Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to:

Optimize and update the website;

Help with the creation of presentations and documents;

Upload content for the company's websites and social media;

Collaborate in the realization of the activities of the Marketing plan;

Help with the management of the Tradeshows and Events;

Offer support to the sales force if necessary;

Perform any other related tasks that may help in the realization of the projects.

Skills and Requirements

Diploma in Marketing or Communication;

Experience considered an asset;

Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English;

Good teammate, collaborative, able to multitask;

Proactive and resourceful, able to recommend solutions and solve problems;

Highly organized and detail oriented.
