Engaging and collaborating with Campus Principals, the Director will position the NSCC to leverage relationships and partnerships to facilitate community, regional and provincial sense-making, and opportunity development, and will also bring community-based intelligence to NSCC colleagues to work together to inform strategic and business planning, as well as influence academic programming across all lines of business.

This position plays a supportive role to the entire Campuses and Communities portfolio by facilitating integrated and aligned campus planning activities and serving to anchor campus-based service delivery as responsive to local, regional and sector needs and opportunities.
