Job description

Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en Systèmes d'Information & Digital à Montréal . Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients.

Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que Spécialiste DevOps et ServiceNow.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Utilisez vos compétences en DevOps pour gérer et maintenir une infrastructure robuste et évolutive
  • Développez et implémentez des solutions innovantes sur la plateforme ServiceNow, en vous concentrant sur les modules Discovery, CMDB et ITAM
  • Exploitez votre expertise en administration système Windows et en scripting PowerShell pour automatiser et améliorer nos processus
  • Apportez votre connaissance approfondie des réseaux et de la sécurité pour garantir des systèmes fiables et protégés (réseau IP, sous-réseautage, TCP/IP, pare-feux, routage, DNS, NAT, équilibrage de charge, analyse de paquets, etc.)
  • Utilisez des outils de SDLC/DevOps tels que Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, GIT, Jira et Stash pour améliorer les workflows et les déploiements
  • Participez activement à des équipes Agile, en utilisant des méthodologies comme Scrum, Lean, et Kanban pour délivrer des solutions de haute qualité
  • Travaillez directement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, proposer des solutions personnalisées et assurer leur satisfaction

Qualifications :

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience globale sur la plateforme ServiceNow
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la maintenance d'infrastructures DevOps
  • Expérience de travail avec ITOM Discovery.
  • Expérience de mise en œuvre de ServiceNow dans des environnements réseau complexes
  • Expérience avec des langages de script tels que Python
  • Expérience en administration système Unix
  • Certifications attendues :
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), HAM ou ITSM
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
