As a Senior Software Developer at Intelcom, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Logistics Systems, using Python and C# while leveraging Cloud Services. We want someone who is comfortable asking “why?”. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands industry best practices and has experience with modern coding languages like C#, Python, Java, etc. The ideal candidate is also someone who has an interest in working with cloud services to build highly scalable software. They are team players possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and can communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and can take initiatives.

Responsibilities

Writing high-quality code and resolving technical issuesDeveloping innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutionsContributing to software design and aligning with long-term goalsCreating and maintaining technical documentationPromoting best practices and mentoring junior developersGuiding the team in technical decisions and staying updatedEnsuring software quality and adherence to standardsParticipating in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risksFacilitating team communication and bridging gapsEngaging with clients or customers and addressing concerns

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science7+ years’ software development or programming experienceA thorough understanding of cloud architecture and data structuresExtensive experience in either C#, Python, Java or other modern programming languagesExperience working with Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web ServicesExperience working with Apache Pulsar and Apache Avro or other messaging platformsThe ability to analyze complex technical informationComfortability designing and implementing micro-services to solve real-world problemsMeticulous and organized approach to workLogical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solvingDetail-oriented and security-oriented work style
