Woody's RV World Calgary currently hiring for a Full-Time Warranty Advisor.

Requirements:

Working knowledge of the guidelines of the warranty process of each manufacturerAbility to process the warranty claims within the guidelines of each manufacturerAbility to look up flat-rate codes for each manufacturerComputer skills – Office suite, AccutermCompliance with Canada Customs in completing the shipping and customs formsCommunication skills

Qualifications:

Processing claims as per the manufacturers’ guidelinesReturning parts to the manufacturersReclaiming denied claims

Accounts Receivable Function:

Applying payments and credit memos to the manufacturers’ accounts pertaining to your dealershipFollowing up on outstanding accounts receivable items, keeping the AR List current for your specific dealershipApplying adjustments to the accounts as required for the accounts specific to your dealership

Miscellaneous Functions:

Sorting and maintaining the Warranty Parts RoomFiling claims and assorted paperworkMaintaining and updating the manufacturers’ code books (Flat Rate Manuals)Communicating and assisting with the manufacturers, service technicians, and service writers
