As an Ad Developer, you will be reporting directly to the Lead Ad Developer. Responsible for creating ad cuts from videos selected by either you or the Lead Ad Developer. Day-to day responsibilities include; reviewing content, cutting video, creating continuity, verifying KPIs.

Together along with other team members, such as, WSO, Designer, and Photo Editors, you will deliver a finished product that you will publish for testing.

Lastly, cutting ads for a specific brand will mean respecting certain guidelines. Brand guidelines will be established and followed.

What you'll be doing:

Creating landing page layouts for their adsProviding feedback on the scenes that were assigned.Reviewing each scene that is being used for an ad of their creationReleasing ads to the Sales team, publishing ads through in-house toolCreating video sequences using Adobe Premiere/After Effects, including editing and color correctionRendering graphic elements using PhotoshopPerforming basic image retouching and manipulation

What you'll need to be successful: 

Must haves:

2+ years of professional experience in video editingCollege diploma in a related fieldExpert knowledge of Adobe Premiere/After EffectsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe PhotoshopBasic knowledge of web-technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP)Ability to work with analytics data and learn new thingsGenuine interest in marketing and advertisingAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
