Warehouse Clerk

This Warehouse Clerk Position Features:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED:
Minimum: Secondary school diploma/ G.E.D with at least 2 years of warehouse experience
Preferred: Forklift certification but can send for training
Computer knowledge in Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, etc
Strong attention to details is required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The day to day responsibilities would include:
-Oversees the daily returns of goods.
-Work with Service Parts CSR to ensure orders are being processed while he is on time off
-Orders back ordered parts from the US to meet immediate needs when needed
-Processes Return of Goods Memos (RGMs) returned from the field
-Works with outside vendors or departments to determine if items returned from the field are under warranty and needs to be sent to the vendor for failure analysis
-Returns requested defective Hunter manufactured parts to the US for failure analysis
-Works with the outside customs handling agency to supply correct paperwork for cross border transit of items
-Assists in shipping/receiving (both parts and equipment) when needed
-Any other warehouse duties assigned by the warehouse supervisor
