You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:

Qualifications:

5 years experience in excavation construction.

Technical Skills:

You are able to manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success. You are able to understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked. You have a clear understanding of workplace safety and are an advocate for quality work. You can plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives

Interpersonal Skills:

Great attitude towards safety
Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills Effective verbal and written English communication skills Ability to excel in a team atmosphere Exceptional customer service Results-oriented Desire to grow within our organization
