As an Engineering Technologistyou ll be at the forefront of designing and optimizingmanufacturing processes. Your role involves creating precise 3D CADmodels and CNC files to guide the production of quality products.Collaborating with customers and colleagues you ll help drive thedesign and development of heat transfer coils and ensure that allmanufacturing processes meet the higheststandards.


Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:


Design &Documentation: Develop CAD drawings (SolidWorks) and CNCfiles to support manufacturing needs.

Process Improvement:Identify ways to enhance efficiency and quality in existingmanufacturing processes and help implement newstandards.

Prototyping & Testing: Workwith the team to develop and test new and existing productsensuring accurate documentation.

Materials Sourcing:Assist with sourcing and selecting materials that meet engineeringand production requirements.

CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Partner with departments like Productionand Purchasing to resolve any design material or productionissues.

Safety & Compliance: Ensureall processes comply with health and safety regulations whilecontributing to a culture of continuousimprovement.



Requirements

Engineering TechnologistCertificate/Diploma with a focus on digital technology ormanufacturing.

2 years of experience in a manufacturing productionenvironment (preferred).

Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Officeapplications.

Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturingprinciples.

Strong background in mechanical design anddrawing.

Excellent communication skills with the ability towork effectively in a team.

Strong organizational problemsolving andanalytical abilities.

Familiarity with ERP software and the ability toassist in its management is aplus.

Engineering Technologist Certificate/Diploma with a focus ondigital technology or manufacturing. 2+ years of experience in amanufacturing production environment (preferred).
