Job Summary:

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist with experience in building relationships, managing accounts, expanding business opportunities, consulting teams and more.
You will be part of a small, local team responsible for assisting in supporting and selling the financing for independent auto dealers to role out to their clients.
You will be involved in driving a positive customer experience, managing risk, and identifying growth prospects.

The responsibilities for the Relationship Specialist job opening in Regina, SK include, but are not limited to:

- Expand and support business relationships with current and prospective clients; much of this in a face-to-face capacity alongside written and phone communications.
- Educate and consult various teams on the success of selling their program to consumers and help them to increase their activities.
- Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues while interacting live much of the time.
- Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns.
- Spend roughly 90% of your time managing existing accounts and roughly 10% focused on new business development.

The qualifications for the Relationship Associate job opening in Regina, SK include:

- We are seeking a Relationship Specialist with experience in selling and building relationships, managing and mushrooming existing accounts, and working as part of a team to meet the branch goals.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a sales, customer service or account management role.
- Asset to those who come from either financial services (loans, credit etc) and/or automotive industries.
- Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal along with a motivated client approach.
- You are self-aware, can read and audience and have high level presentation skills.
- The ability and passion to frequently travel to support our customer base - primarily in the Regina area but upwards to Saskatoon (Saskatoon travel once/month or so required).
- Ability to work in a hybrid set up, from a home office and on the road.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and stay organized.
- Your own vehicle (mileage reimbursements), a valid driver's license, and a clean drivers abstract.
