What You'll Do;

As a production-focused Graphic Designer with Golf Town (GT), you will primarily support the development of mobile and desktop web assets across performance digital and social media platforms. This is a new additional role in our structure to support our growth, reporting to the Lead Designer. You will initially lead in all production-focused activities, showcasing your skills in creating/versioning assets for multiple channels, building off existing assets, etc. As with all our roles here at GT, you will have opportunities for growth within our business and potentially the wider Sporting Life Group. 

Collaborating with creative studio and marketing teams to develop new designs & strategies for e-commerce and performance digital channels, occasionally print publications and other promotional materials. Lead all asset production with a flair for frontend design (HTML/CSS) and a desire to grow UX/UI & coding experience.  Create efficient asset production processes, ensuring accuracy within assigned deadlines. Cross-functionally work with the broader marketing team to deliver simple, relevant, and elegant designs and layouts. Balance multiple design projects, some of which will be subject to scheduling and priority changes. Be a Golf Town brand ambassador, ensuring strong messaging is consistently communicated across the organization in line with the mission, vision, and brand strategy.

What You'll Bring;

Experience in graphic/web design/production arts, ideally within a retail setting. Good knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Animate (Optional). Figma is a plus. Animation and video skills for the web and social media are beneficial. Understanding different content types and marketing channels across a customer journey to grab attention and drive engagement. Strong understanding of the creative process, organizational skills & file management. Ability to adapt creatively to French markets (for example, working with translation services to integrate supplied French and adapt creatively to suit regional and language differences). Experience and exposure working on a Mac.
