Responsibilities

Manage the daily activities of the team, including career and performance management Architect, design, and implement solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and/or Intelligent Automation (e.g. UiPath) Take ownership of commitments to the business and ensure successful delivery Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and the Architecture team to frame, assess, and deliver solutions Work with the Director of Software Development to set the strategic direction of the team and identify opportunities to drive value for the organization Connect and collaborate with other development teams, architecture, QA, and the data team to deliver on business functionality and mature our overall development practices Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives  Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback to other developers and ensure we maintain our course regarding architecture, security, and other critical elements Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes  Perform technical investigations (Proof of Concepts, analyses, etc) to assess technology risk and feasibility

Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership position (managing a team of three or more) and interacting with stakeholders At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint¸ Dynamics, Power Platform, and/or UiPath Experience implementing .NET domain services would be considered an asset Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL Databases, such as Cosmos Solid working knowledge of Azure Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, is required
