Our client is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist with excellent communication skills for a 03 to 6 months contract (with possibility of extension) in Assiniboia, SK.
 
Schedule: Wednesday's from 09am to 5pm.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting filing, sorting, and some data entry as required
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
 
About you:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Demonstrated capability to provide team support and assistance as required.
