Job Description

Oversees the quality and timeliness of Freedom Mobile's product launches, pricing and promotion launches, device launches, roaming destination launches, IT/Network systems launches, and IT Releases

Manages the Business Analysis team that is responsible for elicitation of business requirements for cross functional business led IT projects Oversees end to end user acceptance testing process Oversees the system definition, development and implementation of Freedom Mobile's Pricing, Promotion, product launches and their subsequent iterations; Addresses business challenges by developing innovative solutions Oversees the UAT and QA planning and execution Negotiates complex solutions between senior business and IT leadership Vendor management Direct, Mentor & supports team members to achieve world class performance

Qualifications

5 - 10 years expertise in managing diverse teams, including QA, UAT, Test Automation, Pricing & Promotion implementation. Typically in a mature company each of these teams would have their own leader/manager. The ideal candidate would have spent several years in a succesful startup, where have managed mulitple teams. Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleages and team members Builds and manages a high performing team Expertise in managing outsourced vendors
