Job Overview

Contract 14-months

The Coordinator, Visual Presentation is responsible for supporting the Visual department efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in a variety of areas while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain accurate inventory for the Visual Presentation department using Excel
  • Receive and process special requests from Store Openers, Field Management & internal departments 
  • Follow up with store operations on store closing, relocation of Visual materials, store openings (renovation), damage material and on missing documents/information for the store files
  • Assist in the creativity, development, coordination and roll out of all POP, props, and other visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication, and follow up with suppliers
  • Coordinate all requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • College diploma in Visual Merchandising, Admin, fashion marketing, interior design, or a related field
  • 2 + years’ experience in an office environment
  • Technical expertise, ability to use a wide range of programs (Office 365, Adobe Suite)
  • Ability to lift and move visual presentation fixtures & mannequins
