The primary responsibilities…
  • Pick, modify, refine, adjust Web and Mobile design systems 
  • Ensure a seamless and coherent experience at every step
  • Expand the design thinking to “spill out” from the software to the actual human holistic experience
  • Go through design review, teamwork and iterative improvement with a team of half-funny half-serious coding and product bandits that takes building while having fun seriously, 
  • Work with our eager General Managers, nurse, educator, therapist, dispatchers, coders and more to transform their use of our tools into a refined smooth enjoyable and efficient experience

  • An in-depth expertise in modern UI/UX design and its creation.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your skills in both Mobile and Web applications.
  • A refined and unique philosophy and approach to design.
  • A willingness to go further, learn more, and explore new ideas.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an agile and lean manner where meetings are collaborative spaces, not objectives.
  • Expertise in at least one design tool (Miro, Adobe, etc.).
  • Knowledge in integrating AI/ML into user journeys and experience design.
  • A practitioner of visual communication in all things.
