MatrixHR is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a 6 month contract located in Kitimat BC. Please note we are ideally looking for local applicants to Terrace or Kitimat BC. This is a Monday to Friday full time hour position.

Pay Rate - $40.00 – 69.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain standards of HSE
  • Supervise all warehouse personnel
  • Establish Daily and Weekly Lean Routines to communicate/manage key processes and issues
  • Manage all receiving, warehousing and distribution processes, including that all shipping and logistics
  • Maintain security of the warehouse facilities and general warehouse operations
  • Work with the warehouse team, training department to ensure training plans are developed and tracked
  • Continuously evaluate warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • Expert in Warehouse Operations with expert knowledge of Warehouse Management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of industry warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Experience with Warehouse management software and database. SAP preferred.
