- We're looking for skilled tradesperson with 5-10 years of experience and skills across a broad spectrum of maintenance/repair and remodeling skill categories. We are looking for employees not subcontractors.
- The ideal candidate has a strong carpentry background and have a "can do" attitude.
- Must have your own tools fit for many job types. Larger equipment provided and is shared among our team.
- Excellent customer communication skills required as often you're the only one of our staff in the customers home or commercial location.
- You must have a clean driving record (no DUI or suspended license) and pass a background check before being hired.
- Must be
- Friendly with good, clean appearance.
- Reasonably proficient with computers and tablet/smartphone apps
- Takes pride in work and delivers a great result each time.
Specific Responsibilities
- Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and improvement projects
- light demo work
- carpentry
- drywall repairs
- facilities maintenace
- painting
- cabinets and counters
- assembly and repair
- Communicate with customers about scope of work and cost estimates
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $32.00 to $38.00 per billable hour and is dependent on your experience home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
Extended health benefits are avaiable after a probationary period.
As an employee you are paid for statutory holidays, vacation pay and sick days after the probationary period.
