Summary:

As the Regional Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist Territory Managers & Clinical Specialists to grow the dynamic, exciting field of Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) across Canada. You will assist to grow the business and support customers through lead generation and contributing to pipeline health for the regions across Canada. As you work in each market, you will build connections with customers, and work collaboratively to create forward-thinking strategies to build and maintain a strong customer base. Honouring our commitment to customer education, you will also assist in managing logistics, holding workshops and educational events to increase knowledge for our users.

At times, there will be opportunities to step into a sales role to temporarily manage an open territory. This role is therefore a great learning opportunity to develop on-the-ground experience and track record in medical equipment / capital equipment sales to a variety of healthcare users, and to develop a track record of success for future Territory Manager opportunities within the country (relocation might be required).

In this diverse role, you will also have the opportunity to provide special projects support to the Director of Strategic Accounts and the Country Manager.

The successful candidate will be a vital member of our 13-person “Team Canada,” willing to step into a variety of functions and projects, driven to support our customers to realize success with FUJIFILM Sonosite products, while helping the Team to achieve sales goals.

Essential Job Functions:

Uncovering new opportunities and follow-ups on existing sales leads and opportunities in hospital/clinic environments Contributing to pipeline health through in-person, virtual and telephone contacts and maintenance of quality data in the CRM (SalesForce) Assist with local and national education and workshop events and conferences including: Generating sales leads Machine logistics/transportation organization, communication, and execution Collaborative support on customer service/repairs Performing product demos in small and/or rural Accounts As needed/temporarily cover open Territories within Canada Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Applications specialists with large product installs Other projects related to business development as needed Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system. 

Knowledge/Experience:

Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience Sales experience is required, outside sales experience preferred Comfort and familiarity in healthcare environments (hospitals/clinics) Bilingual English/French (preferred) SalesForce.com or other CRM experience
