: What will you work on?

The Chargeback Analyst will play a key role in the Supply Chain operations team, in the logging, tracking and reporting of customer Chargebacks.Role will also include review and resolution of retailer customer chargebacks.providing guidance to a diverse group of stakeholders (order management, logistics, transportation, IT, etc.) to improve operational performance and minimize costs

How will you create impact? Pull Non Compliance data from customer portals, finance system and emails. Log the data on the tracker. Cross-reference with SAP data to include the order details.  Assist with Investigation of chargebacks, identify invalid claims and dispute them with our customers via portal or email. Prepare and present weekly chargeback data for the Operations team on the Customer Focus Meetings providing root causes and corrective actions to mitigate chargebacks. Own and drive the resolution of chargeback issues with warehouse and internal teams through implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate the associated change management activities Identify the need of Training Sessions with the warehouses and internal teams and work closely with the Retail Compliance Lead to ensure understanding of the requirements and compliancy. Analyze vendor agreements/guides in order to translate Trade Partner compliance programs to operational capabilities. You will be responsible to assess the impact and advise on feasibility/implications
What are your skills and experience? 2-3 years of related operational or relevant experience. SAP knowledge is desired Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (pivots, v-lookups) skills is desired
