providers, and related stakeholders.
(b) Provide solution architecture expertise for the development and enhancement of the
Corporation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics,
software solution.
(c) Implement changes required to upgrade the corporation's Customer Relationship
Management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics, software solution to the cloud while
meeting interface requirements to the GOA 1GX solution.
(d) Provide design and development solutions to meet the Divisional Red Tape Reduction
strategies, Affordable Housing Review and Housing Digital Service projects
requirements in HOME. HOME refers to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system that ASHC is using to manage housing-related information. This platform is central to ASHC's operations, allowing them to track and manage data related to housing programs and clients.
(e) Execute of delivery of technical projects plans and design documents.
(f) Elicit, document and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from
internal and external stakeholders.
(g) Maintain and enhance existing business architecture as changes to organizations,
processes, business rules and systems occur.
(h) Design processes as required to assist in the delivery of operational support for
information technology solutions.
(i) Design and coordinate the develop of reporting and business intelligence solutions as
needed to address information requirements. Skill set info Should possess at least 15 years of experience in each of the following areas:
Extensive experience in CRM solutions, including hands-on implementation of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. Familiarity with the full lifecycle of CRM deployment, from requirements gathering and design to customization, deployment, and user training.

Strong track record in developing both current and future state business architecture models, including requirements definition, business process modeling, business rules design, information modeling, and organizational structuring.

In-depth knowledge of current application architecture trends and best practices in enterprise architecture, with experience in aligning application architecture with business strategy. Proficiency in frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Proven experience in creating technical documentation for application support, including detailed guidelines for troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support. Clear, comprehensive documentation skills are essential to support both technical teams and end-users.

Expertise in developing and implementing data migration strategies, including detailed data conversion plans, threshold metrics for conversion quality, and go-live transition plans. Experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and handling the challenges of migrating data from legacy systems to new platforms.

Significant experience in designing and implementing IT solutions specifically tailored to the needs of social programs or the housing sector, ideally with experience in the unique regulatory and compliance needs of these sectors.

Experience integrating strategic, tactical, and operational plans within an enterprise architecture framework, ensuring that IT initiatives align with broader business objectives and are adaptable to both short- and long-term goals.

Skilled in working with IT and application management teams to define infrastructure needs and develop application support strategies that meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
Should also have 10+ years in:
Experience and knowledge with Public sector Enterprise Architectures, and all associated best practices, methods, standards, tools, policies and processes.
Ability to demonstrate experience and leadership in the collaborative design and deployment of the follow: Business Architecture Models for Government Services, Service Model, Process Model, Information Model, Performance Model.
Experience integrating with enterprise ERP systems. Education Diploma or Degree in a Business and/or Information Technology-related field Certifications (if required) Documentation Required for submission Three references , for whom similar work has been performed, must be provided including the client name, contact person, address, telephone number and email address Work Hours The Contractor is expected to work on-site and collaborate with other staff and contractors as needed, with a requirement to provide monthly written status updates. Although the contractor's primary work location is not restricted to 44 Capital Boulevard in Edmonton, Alberta, they must adhere to regular business hours. Office space, a desk, and the necessary hardware and software for on-site work will be provided by the Corporation. However, for any offsite work, the contractor must use their own hardware, as the Corporation will not supply equipment for remote work.
