Vos principales tâches
Le souscripteur junior, assurance des entreprises, souscrira et tarifera les propositions d’affaires nouvelles, les avenants et les renouvellements de nature simple pour les polices multirisques et les polices commerciales en respectant les niveaux d'autorité établis afin de développer et maintenir un portefeuille rentable.
Maintenir les polices en vigueur et s'assurer que toutes les polices sont émises dans le respect des normes de service, avec les libellés, les annexes et les certificats appropriés. Prendre des décisions en matière de sélection des risques pour les renouvellements et les avenants et s’assurer que toutes les polices sont émises dans le respect des normes de service, avec les libellés, les annexes et les certificats appropriés. Établit et maintient d'excellentes relations de travail avec les courtiers. Offre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes de renseignements téléphoniques, en effectuant des appels sortants, en répondant aux courriers électroniques et/ou aux télécopies, selon les besoins. Travaille en collaboration avec les courtiers, pour répondre à leurs demandes de renseignements en matière de sinistres, de tarification et de comptabilité. Assurer le suivi et la rédaction de rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les activités de production.
Votre profil
Un à trois (1 à 3) ans d'expérience dans la souscription d'assurances multirisques des entreprises. Études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe ou en voie d'obtenir un PAA. Bon sens de l’organisation, excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front. Capacité à fixer efficacement les priorités pour respecter les délais en portant une attention exceptionnelle aux détails. Un esprit d'équipe et une attitude positive pour offrir un service impeccable. Excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite. Maîtrise de MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Capacité à travailler et à contribuer dans un environnement d'équipe. Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et capacité d'établir des relations professionnelles.
