Web DeveloperPosition Summary: The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to specifications. They will create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop web solutions, and maintain existing websites. They should have a strong understanding of front-end development technologies and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Position Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevanttechnologies Collaborate with designers and content creators to create visually appealing and user-friendlywebsites Gather and analyze requirements from cross-functional teams andstakeholders Implement and maintain website features, including interactive elements andforms Optimize websites for speed andperformance Conduct testing and debugging to ensure website functionality andcompatibility Stayup-to-datewith industry trends and best practices in web development  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to websitefunctionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website userexperience Provide technical support and guidance to internalstakeholders Maintain documentation of website development processes and procedures  PositionRequirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience)  Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies  Experience with responsive design and mobile-first developmentprinciples Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries (., Bootstrap, jQuery)  Familiarity with content management systems (., WordPress, Drupal)  Experience with version control systems (., Git)  Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices  Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards  Familiarity with graphic design tools (., Photoshop) is aplus Experience with back-end development languages (., PHP, Python) is aplus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously Strong technical skills in web development and programming languages  Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealingdesigns Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  Strong communication and collaboration skills  Ability to work independently and meetdeadlines Adaptable and able to learn new technologiesquickly
