SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, EVENTS

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Graphic Designer with experience in executing special events to join our Creative Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in visual storytelling, branding, and graphic design for both print and digital media as well as excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life leading design projects from concept to completion, bu doing the design and coordinating with vendors for production ensuring high-quality, creative, and visually appealing content that aligns with our Made by Gather’s identity and business objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas that communicate brand messaging and meet marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to produce compelling visuals that support company goals for PR and special events. Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and aesthetic standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines and process. Be hands on to create concepts and options for cross functional brainstorming’s. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final output. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output. Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials within assigned budget. Take care of photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed to support specific visual implementation. Develop and maintain a strong design process to improve efficiency and foster creative collaboration within the team. Translate complex ideas and messages into visually compelling designs. Assist in creating detailed event plans, including production timelines, budgets overviews, and task lists.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 for onsite events with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility. Experience in both digital and print media design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as, Figma, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead design projects. Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset for design challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

Concevoir et exécuter des idées de design innovantes qui communiquent le message de la marque et atteignent les objectifs de marketing. Collaborerétroitement avec les équipes de marketing, de produits et de médiassociaux pour produire des visuelsconvaincants qui soutiennent les objectifs de l'entreprise pour les relations publiques et les événementsspéciaux. Veiller à la cohérence et à la qualité des conceptions sur tous les points de contact, enrespectant les lignes directrices de la marque et les normesesthétiques. Gérerplusieursprojets de conception simultanément, enveillant à les livrer à temps et à respecter les délais et les processus. Mettre la main à la pâte pour créer des concepts et des options dans le cadre de brainstormingsinterfonctionnels. Présenter les concepts de design aux parties prenantes internes, en tenant compte des réactions pour affiner et améliorer le résultat final. Se tenir au courant des tendances, des outils et des technologies en matière de conception afind'amélioreren permanence le résultatcréatif. Travailler avec des fournisseurs et des imprimeurs externes pour garantirl'exactitude et la qualité des documents imprimés dans les limites du budget alloué. S'occuper de l'édition, de la retouche et de la manipulation des photos, selon les besoins, pour soutenirune mise enœuvrevisuellespécifique. Développer et maintenir un processus de conception solideafind'améliorerl'efficacité et de favoriser la collaboration créative au sein de l'équipe. Traduire des idées et des messages complexes en conceptions visuellementconvaincantes. Aider à créer des plans d'événementsdétaillés, y compris des calendriers de production, des aperçus budgétaires et des listes de tâches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licenceengraphisme, en arts visuelsou dans un domaineconnexe (ouexpérienceéquivalente). Au moins cinq ansd'expérienceprofessionnelle dans le domaine de la conception graphique, dont au moins deux ans dans le cadre d'événements sur site, avec un solide portfolio démontrant la créativité et la polyvalence. Expérience de la conception de supports numériques et imprimés. Maîtrised'Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) et d'autresoutils de conception tels que Figma ou des plateformessimilaires. Solidecompréhension de la typographie, de la théorie des couleurs, de la mise en page et de la hiérarchievisuelle. Une expérience du montage vidéo, du graphismeaniméou de la conception 3D est un atout. Capacitéavérée à diriger des projets de conception. Un grand souci du détail et un état d'esprit orientévers la recherche de solutions aux problèmes de conception. Capacité à gérerplusieursprojetssimultanément tout enrespectant les délais et enmaintenant des normes de haute qualité. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l'oralqu'àl'écrit, et capacité à présenter des idées de manière efficace.
