Oakwood Primary School (PS) is seeking to establish a pool of rigorous, student and relationship focused teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2025. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2025 school year, up to the end of Term 4, 2025.

We are seeking professional, enthusiastic and team orientated teachers to work collaboratively with the leadership team and school community to expand our contemporary and distinctive school with a child focused identity. Our school is engaging with Teach Well Professional Learning to enhance our high impact explicit instruction in English and Maths and our classroom practice reflects this. Oakwood PS opened as an Independent Public School for Kindergarten and Pre Primary students in January 2018, servicing the suburbs of Meadow Springs, Madora Bay and San Remo. Students up to Year 6 began attending in 2019. The school is committed to the education department vison of ‘every student, every classroom, every day’ and staff provide a dynamic learning environment that is positive, inclusive and underpinned by strong values.
