Partner Staffing is currently working with our client seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to join their leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee project engineering, instrumentation, and inspection processes.
  • Make recommendations and contribute to important decision-making on technical and complex aspects of projects.
  • Provide support and supervision to the engineering group, ensuring the quality and accuracy of documentation packages.
  • Review and approve fabrication drawings, and perform equipment and instrument sizing checks.
  • Manage client liaison and project management tasks, including cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards, including ASME section VIII Div 1 and Div 2, and ASME B31.3.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for equipment bids.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive experience in project engineering, with a strong background in fabrication.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and experience with highly technical and complex projects.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including ASME sections and B31.3.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
