Purpose of the position
We are currently looking for a full-time, creative and passionate Cook who wants to offer an exceptional culinary experience to residents. 1 weekend out of 2 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards When appropriate, collaborate with the chef in the creation of the menus by proposing ideas Assemble plates of food Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food Manning the warm table, help residences with their choices Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect Use work methods consistent with the health and safety rules and cleanliness standards in effect Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts Peel and cut vegetables for meals

Required qualifications :
Good team player A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
