CLIENT ADVISOR, PERSONAL INSURANCE

A dedicated, organized individual who is solution driven and thrives on helping others is our perfect candidate. The home and auto Client Advisor role is challenging and rewarding. You will play an integral role in supporting clients achieve peace of mind. At Acera it’s not just insurance, it’s providing people with protection. LOCATION AND STATUS
Ottawa, ON or Brampton, ON Full-time, permanentQUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of related experience in the insurance industry Post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in Business, Sales/Marketing, Risk Management or related discipline is an asset RIBO Insurance License is required AMF License is an asset CAIB or CIP designation, or working towards is considered an assetVALUES & COMPETENCIES
High degree of professionalism and integrity Superior communication skills Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships at all levels Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products Familiar with insurance customer relationship software Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work Able to prioritize in a busy environment in order to meet tight deadlines Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills Works well within a team and independently Critical thinker with attention to detailAcera Insurance is one of the largest independent, employee-controlled brokerages in Canada.
