Hierfür suchen wir einen talentierten Senior Experience Designer zur Verstärkung unseres DCX-Teams. Als Senior UI/UX-Designer:in sammelst Du Nutzeranforderungen, entwickelst nutzerzentrierte Navigationskonzepte und entwirfst ansprechende Layouts und Designs.

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein hast Du fundierte Erfahrung mit den gängigen Design- und Wireframe-Tools. Dein umfangreiches Design Portfolio zeigt spannende digitale Designprojekte aus dem Beriech der Web-, Applikations- und mobilen Anwendungen.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Du gestaltest User Journeys und konzipierst kreative, effiziente und einzigartige Interfaces, Applikationen, Portale und Mobile Anwendungen (High-/Low Fidelity Prototypen / Wireframes, User Szenarios / Flows und Story Boards) im UX/UI-Design unter Berücksichtigung neuster Trends, Benchmarks und Branding. Du stellst sicher, dass das Produkt sowohl strukturell als auch inhaltlich optimal organisiert und auf den Nutzer hin ausgerichtet ist.
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung zur Weiterentwicklung der Customer Experience über Produkte, Plattformen und Portale hinweg mithilfe gängiger UX Verfahren und Methoden (Heuristische Evaluation, Card Sorting, Experten Reviews, Persona Entwicklung, Site Maps, Process Flows) und hilfst somit dem Team sich ständig weiter zu verbessern und die Kompetenzfelder zu vergrößern.
• Du koordinierst und leitest Design/-Ideation Workshops, Walkthroughs, Feedback Sessions und Usability-Tests, um vorgeschlagene Design Lösungen mit Stakeholdern und Endbenutzern zu validieren, bzw. innovativ zu entwickeln.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner, Stakeholdern, Entwicklungsteam und den Benutzern des Produktes zusammen, um ein gemeinsames Verständnis für die geschäftlichen, funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen zu entwickeln und diese im Produkt zu realisieren.
• Du präsentierst und diskutierst Deine Design Lösungen mit dem Entwicklungsteam und Stakeholdern und stellst so die Qualität Deiner Arbeit sicher.
• Du kannst Deine Design Entscheidungen und Strategien Deiner Lösungen klar formulieren und entwickelst diese ständig weiter.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Mindestens sechs Jahre nachweisbare und fundierte Erfahrung im Portfolio in der UX/UI Konzept- und Designentwicklung sowie stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Visual und Brand Design.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von nutzerzentrierten UX Methoden (Design Thinking / Design Sprint / Service Design) mit dem Wunsch, den Endbenutzer zu verstehen.
• Sehr guter Teamplayer mit vorzugswiese Arbeitserfahrung in großen Unternehmen im agilen Umfeld mit multifunktionalen Teams sowie mit starkem Kundenfokus, ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und strategischen Problemlösungsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch).
• Nachweisebare Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit gängigen Design Tools wie Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Adobe Produkten und weitere
• Erfahrung mit Usability Tests und Aufnahme von Nutzerfeedback zur Steigerung der Usability und Joy of Use.
• Tiefes Verständnis von Responsive Design
• Ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Anforderungen an die Barrierefreiheit ist wünschenswert
