Cofomo is looking for technical resources skilled in  M365 product suite for upcoming opportunities with our various Federal Government Clients.

Work location: Ottawa

Contract length: Various

Clearance requirement: Reliability or Secret

Roles:

1.Project Manager: Oversees the entire implementation process, creates the project plan, coordinates team activities, manages resources, and ensures timely delivery.
2.Technical Architect: Develops the technical solution, designs the M365 infrastructure, and ensures the system aligns with the department's requirements and security standards.
3.Business Analyst: Gathers and analyzes business requirements, identifies process improvements, and translates them into technical specifications for the M365 implementation.
4.Change Manager: Develops change management strategies, creates communication plans, and supports the department in adopting the new M365 tools and workflows.
5.Security Specialist: Assesses and addresses security and compliance concerns, ensures M365 meets the department's security standards and regulations, and implements necessary security configurations.
6.IT Administrator: Handles technical aspects such as user provisioning, system configurations, integration with existing infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance of the M365 environment.
7.Training Specialist: Develops training programs, user guides, and documentation to educate employees on how to effectively use M365 applications and features.
8.Data Migration Specialist: Assists in migrating existing data and content from legacy systems to M365, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
9.Support Team: Provides ongoing technical support, troubleshoots issues, and assists users in utilizing M365 applications effectively.

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: Experience necessary to perform the essential functions of the respective M365 product suite. Experience with federal government organizations
