MT> 3 a division of McCarthy Tétrault LLP seeks a highly-motivated associate to join our eDiscovery team.

The ideal candidate will have the following professional qualifications:

Between 3-5 years of post-call experience; Excellent academic and professional credentials; Demonstrated experience in eDiscovery, Managed Document Review, Information Governance; Experience with e-discovery technology and desire to continuously learn and use new cutting edge legal technologies; Strong analytical and communication skills; Curious and innovative thinker desiring to engage in forging new paths in client service; Ability to work with a diverse team of colleagues including lawyers, project managers, and technical analysts; Presentation and public speaking skills an asset; Ability to manage contract review teams on complex matters; Motivated to engage in business development opportunities to support MT> 3’s growth; Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence; and The successful applicant will be part of an expert e-Discovery team providing innovative and sophisticated legal advice to leading-edge innovators and top companies in diverse sectors.
