Responsibilities:

Preparation of equipment performance data and specifications. Detailed mechanical layout of air handling units. Special construction details. Hydronic or gas piping schematics. Electrical wiring schematics. Complete description of control sequence of operation.

Experience/Skills Required:

HVAC, Mechanical or electrical degree/diploma preferred. One to two years of related summer employment in design, production, or service experience is an asset, but not required. Knowledge in HVAC and control systems, AutoCAD and MS Windows is desirable. Ability to accept assignments on short notice and work within strict deadlines is essential. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
