Job Description

​Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. 

Successful candidates will be able to commute to the Port Coquitlam office twice per week.

Operate as a resource across a wide variety of programs, program types, and geographical areas. 

Lead and conduct complex analysis from program and industry data to model program and portfolio performance in support of business proposals and operational improvements. 

Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation. 

Conduct research and make broad application of industry trends to program design and improvement.

Develop and deploy tools and calculators used by program staff, clients, and contractors in support of delivery of program requirements 

Lead and conduct meetings for requirements gathering, improvement planning, forecasting, and training. 

Complete program scope reporting and goal setting, client and account management interaction. 

Act as a Team lead for training, reviewing work quality, overseeing timelines, addressing system functionality and driving process improvements. 

Lead and participate in completion of special projects

4+ years relevant experience (at least 2 years in an Analyst role) 

1-2 years leadership experience preferred

Bachelor's degree: Business, Science, Economics, Finance or related field, Masters preferred

Experience with PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
